MEETING PACKAGE: Ritz-Carlton Makes it Easier to Book Your Meeting

The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Las Vegas now offers two packages for planners looking to book their next meeting or incentive trip. Designed to eliminate the guesswork and enable planners to enjoy resort wide amenities, the packages will be available during the summer months and all holidays.
The "Complete Meeting Package" pre-plans four days of meals for content-driven programs. The arrival evening consists of a welcome reception for all incoming attendees. The first and second full days offer continental breakfast, morning break, buffet lunch and an afternoon break. The final half day includes a continental breakfast, morning break and buffet lunch. The price is $899 per person based on single occupancy, a $500 saving as compared to the traditional cost for a similar program. Optional teambuilding activities are available for an additional price per person.
For incentive meeting planners, the "Complete Incentive Package" plans out three days with activities and meals. For the first day, the welcome reception will feature butler passed hors d'oeuvres including spicy tuna and ginger tartare in savory cones; almond and curried chicken profiteroles; vegetable spring rolls with scallion hoisin sauce and mini cheeseburgers with a two hour unlimited bar package. For the second day, attendees can choose between golf at one of Lake Las Vegas' world-class golf courses: The Falls Golf Club or The Reflection Bay Golf Club or they can indulge in a signature treatment at The Ritz-Carlton Spa. For the final day, the group can attend the Hoover Dam Tour, concluding the trip with a gala dinner featuring the tribute trio, The Rat Pack. The price is $1,119 per person based on single occupancy and is based on 150 attendees. This price is a savings of nearly $600.
The prices include all catered events, tax, catering gratuity and the guest room rate for all three nights.
